Managing Partner

Chris, a serial entrepreneur, has started several highly successful local companies (Fileminders, PortaBox Storage, America's Mattress) prior to joining Koa. He brings a 30+ year Kama'aina operating background to our portfolio companies, offering sage, practical advice to our management teams and their reports.

 

Chris, having spent most of his professional life in Hawaii, brings to Koa a strong understanding of the local business community and a track record of revenue growth mixed with an emphasis on healthy business cultures.

 

Presently he serves on the Board of Directors for the Hawaii Pacific Health Medical Group and Ho'ōla Nā Pua , as well as on advisory boards for several local private companies. He is also a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO). Eldridge attended Punahou School on Oahu and earned a BA in Economics and Business from Boston University.

 

Eldridge, his wife and two children reside in Honolulu.

Dustin, raised in Hawaii, spent most of his formative years in Chicago, LA and SF, developing a skill set encompassing sales, business development and brand strategy. Having most recently run and owned ProService Hawaii, he also has a keen understanding of Hawaii labor law.

 

Dustin works closely with our portfolio companies to refine their service offerings and focus on the areas that make them uniquely competitive in the marketplace.

 

Sellers is a graduate of Punahou School. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and a master's degree in business administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

 

Sellers has most recently served as a trustee for The Nature Conservancy of Hawaii, Chair of The Aloha United Way Annual Campaign, board member of PACE (Pacific Asian Center for Entrepreneurship), past chapter president and board member of YPO, past co-chair of the Hawaii Executive Conference, past chairman of  the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaii and The GIFT Foundation and past board member of The Boy Scout's Aloha Council and Ahahui Koa Anuenue  (UH Athletics Fundraising) and past president of the Outrigger Canoe Club.
